Dante 2020 · Marche Rosso IGP
Score: 90–92,9
Dante is the creative peak of the cellar: a blend of Montepulciano (70%) and Cannonau (30%), with late-harvest grapes picked in the first ten days of November and carefully selected bunch by bunch.
The wine ages for 36 months in barrique and refines for a further 8 months in bottle before release. In the glass it shows an intense, almost impenetrable deep purple, a sign of concentration and full ripeness of the indigenous berries.
The nose is balsamic and spicy, with blackberry jam wrapped in a pure vanilla caress. On the palate it is suave and generous, with a rich texture that few Italian reds can match — a sensory journey worthy of the name it carries.
