Dante and Virgilio, with their tannic depth, elevate red meats, game, and aged cheeses. Minosse — elegant and savoury — pairs beautifully with seafood risotto and roasted fish. Beatrice is the perfect aperitif and companion to Marche fish soup. Caronte, a structured Pecorino, is the natural match for Adriatic fried fish. Every wine was born with its dish in mind.
The balsamic blackberry and vanilla notes of Dante elevate long-braised red meats. Decant at least one hour before serving at 16–18 °C.
