For decades he has led one of the sector's most rigorous sensory analyses through the Annuario dei Migliori Vini Italiani, a reference guide for enthusiasts, restaurateurs, and wine professionals worldwide. The Maroni method is based on three fundamental parameters: consistency, softness, and integrity — a trifecta that measures wine quality objectively and repeatably.
Among Cantina Cerbero's wines featured in the Annuario and awarded by Luca Maroni's evaluation, Dante — our Marche Rosso IGP from Montepulciano and Cannonau — stands out. Its olfactory complexity, tannic structure, and extraordinary length convinced the panel to recognise it among the finest wines of the Marche region.
Minosse, our structured Marche Bianco IGT, also received a notable score: its elegance — magnolia, wildflower honey, and marine salinity — particularly impressed the evaluators, who praised its coherence between nose and palate.
